HomeCare 200 is a maintenance and breakdown repair service providing expert care for your whole central heating system.
It looks after your gas boiler, central heating system, gas warm air unit or, if installed by them, your electric central heating system.

Consumer Tips
- If you want to include care of your coldwater plumbing system and your drains upgrade to Homecare 300.
- If you want to pay a little less each month you can take Homecareflexi 200. This has all the same benefits as Homecare 200, with a lower monthly charge but you pay a £50 fixed fee per completed repair.
- With Homecare 200 you get an Annual Service of your boiler – put a date in your diary to make sure this is scheduled nearer to the date
- Don’t take this out for a year and let it lapse, you get a discount after 2 years (as long as you have had no more than two central heating callouts during the previous 12 months). This means it costs less after 2 years.
- When you arrange your Annual Service book it in advance and for the summer months. The engineers are less busy then, if you book it for the winter it could be rescheduled if there is a cold snap and they have to attend to multiple boiler emergencies.
